Concert For Autism
In May 2017 Stu’s jazz band performed in the We Are One charity concert put on by Play It Strange and Newmarket Rotary to raise awareness and money for autism. A number of other leading artists also took to the stage to celebrate differences and to recognise talent and courage, including Larry Morris, Fiona McDonald, Shane Cortese, Mike Chunn, Peter Urlich and Jordan Luck.
The line-up of Stu’s quintet was Jenny B (vocals), Jim Langabeer (saxes & flute), Ben Fernandez (piano), Stu Johnstone (bass) and Trevor Thwaites (drums).
