BRIEF: To create a new contemporary website to better share the library of articles, books and resources held in the NHSA collection, promote tours, attract more involvement, and increase membership. They were also looking to ease the load on volunteers spending time processing memberships and orders from their product catalogue.
SOLUTION: Using the logo colours as a starting point, we designed a bold new look. We worked closely with the NHSA team on the architecture of the new website to ensure it was easy for visitors to navigate. We created an online store making it easy for NHSA volunteers to add products, and added membership to the store allowing new members to sign-up instantly and to access a members area for premium content.
OUTCOME: A well ordered and flexible website, that is easy to navigate and easy for volunteers to manage in-house. The online store allows new members to sign-up without contacting the office, and the shop has many digital products which don’t require additional work to manage.
